The location was amazing and the staff were very friendly and efficient, The room was very clean and had everything you could wish for, it was also much bigger than I was expecting from a city centre hotel. Check in was very quick, as was the check out and overall we were very happy with our stay here, I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples on a city break.

Everything was amazing, we truly enjoyed our stay. The stuff were nice and helped us with everything we needed. They helped us with everything we asked for - Both on public transportation and at local attractions :) The room was beautiful and clean, there was everything we needed. The location was wonderful and we did almost everything by walk. We had a great time - highly recommended!

The breakfast was a wonderful surprise. There was something for everyone- eggs, meats, fruit and veggies, cereal, yogurt and breads. The fresh juice was a hit and the coffee was good. The staff were so helpful and kind. The location was great, since it was in the center of everything, although we found the number of people sleeping on the street and using the bathroom right outside the hotel a bit off-putting.

Great location at the very centre of Madrid and yet somehow quite street. My room was tiny but has everything essential for the comfort. It looks like Shower room was recently renovated and it works well. All staff were very supportive and friendly, communication during booking stage was very prompt and clear.

Perfect location, right next to Gran Vía and quite close to metro stations, places of interest, shopping area, restaurants and theaters. Very clean and nicely renovated. Water and bathroom products were also provided.

Very near shops, restaurants, etc. Many landmarks are walkable from the hotel. Rooms and toilets were clean and beds comfortable. I’m glad that we included daily breakfasts in our booking since things start a little later here in Spain. Breakfast was ample. Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel is eco-friendly. Taxi service from and to the airport is easy to get and rate is fixed.

We had a fantastic stay, the staff is top-notch! The reception team was particularly impressive. The all-day coffee service was a lifesaver after our long flights - it was like music to our ears! The hotel's location is great and it's spotless. Very clean. Thanks for the warm welcome! Looking forward to our next visit to Madrid.

The location was ideal for us as it was in the middle of the city and close to all the attractions we could visit with in a short period of time. The staff was friendly, the hotel offered a good breakfast and rooms were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The location is 10/10 Staff helpful and polite Breakfast very good, especially the coffee Fair price considering its location Reacted very well to our previous problems…..and considering only feet off Grand Via…..so quiet…..we actually slept in til 8.30-9 am most days

The hotel is located in one of the streets crossing the Gran Via. Price is very reasonable considering the location. Room was very small but functional. You won't need more space if you are travelling with small bags.
